Brilliant as ever - such lovely surroundings, service , attention to detail and weather. Our 3 rd visit , 3rd different type of accommodation and package all 3 wonderful . The food options were great and drinks in such a classy environment great value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and everything was spotlessly clean. I have always been the kind of traveller that never wants to return to the same venue as love to experience different and new surroundings. My last 3 holidays have been at the Isabella as will my next ….such a relaxing break I couldn’t imagine going anywhere better.

It’s a great location and very Nice Island with all the facilities. Most of the staff is very friendly and professional. The concept with the V level experience is also good. Except for a 5 star resort/hotel i expect more. Valamar decided suddenly in our stay to skip all the fish in the morning like salmon, and smoked tuna? No explanation, nothing. The staff said that is was a decision of the management and that i had to write An e-mail ?? Salmon is a very common product that all hotels offer, even a 3 star hotel. Also, three times in the morning , they ran out of Fresh orange juice ?? The last time, i was a bit upset and said that has happened already two times before, they suddenly used magic and there was the fresh orange juice ? Sorry, but i don’t want to beg for it !! It’s a 5 star hotel, so act like It… But my general feeling is possitive, and the Valamar concept has a lot to offer.

At first: Everybody of the service (room, restaurant, breakfast/dinner, behind the dishes) are of an exceptional kindness. As well as the staff behind the reception desk ...little more smile would do. The island and its Hotels are perfect for families, still. Rooms are very nice with perfect view. Breakfast and Dinner are too much, simply. Water dispenser seems to have always the same problem. Glasses are too small. And different electrical plugs on the floor of the dining hall are useful for accidents. For us, Vilamar and their staff is doing an excellent job! Thank you.
