Very clean and child friendly accommodation, we had a sirio junior option. We liked the quality of the services from the first moment we arrived. Clean restrooms and clean environment characterize the whole resort village. Sunny the lion is a great favourite with the children, special thanks to Luigi for his help and professionalism during the archery programme. Thanks for everything and we will be back next year.

The village is very nice, is oriented for kids. This is a family resort. Please read carefully the notes regarding the resort, you have sunbeds and umbrella but only on 1 beach. You have access to other beaches but you have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella. The rooms are not like the pictures, the furniture has flaws, on toilet it was not clean, we had to ask for cleaning again. The personnel were very friendly and prompt for every question. 5 stars for them. The big disappointment for us was the sea beach. Everyday was full of marine plants, the smell was not nice. But this is not the resort's fault. The beaches were clean and supervised by lifeguards. The pools were very nice, crystal clean water, aqua park, music, entertainment. This is the strong point of the resort. In the night there are activities for kids, entertainment shows, very nice! As a resume, the village is very nice and animated, the residences are aside, not far (5 min walk) I can't give 5 stars for this, I give 4 but only if you go with kids. For adults, try other locations.

We recently stayed at this camping site in the Bellagio Large accommodation. Although it is advertised for 6 people, we found it rather small for even 4. On arrival, we also noticed that despite being meant for 6, the kitchen only had 5 glasses, plates, and cutlery. Cooking options were limited: only pots were provided, and when we asked the staff about a pan, they rudely suggested we buy one ourselves. This felt like a real lack of service. Sanitary Facilities: The camping had only one central sanitary block with showers, which was not well-maintained. Several doors were unhinged, lights were not working for some time, and unfortunately, the floors were dirty, with used tampons and pads left behind. We believe the site could benefit greatly from more and cleaner sanitary facilities, especially since there was only one shower per accommodation. Booking Experience: When we booked 5 months in advance, we requested to stay near friends who booked the same accommodation at the same time. Upon arrival, this request had not been honored, even though other families were clearly placed together. This was disappointing and felt like our request was simply ignored. Restaurants & Service: The food in the restaurants was very good, and most waiters were friendly. Special thanks to Prince and Eddy for their great service! However, the restaurants struggled under pressure: one evening we waited 25 minutes for drinks and 60 minutes for food, without receiving bread like other tables did. The head waiter was unfriendly, even throwing a plate on our table without a word. Considering we paid €2.50 per person for service, the experience was mixed. Other Facilities & Activities: Sports facilities were plentiful and easy to book, which was great. A small supermarket on site was convenient. The pool was clean, although the lifeguards often seemed distracted, sometimes using their phones instead of watching the pool. Beach beds cost €22/day, which was reasonable, and discounts were offered for late arrivals. Renting SUPs and water bikes was a fun addition. Other Notes: The Dutch website suggested that towels could be rented, but this was not the case on arrival. Check-out was very rushed. A bit more interaction or interest in our stay would have been appreciated. A big minus for us was the fact that smoking and vaping was allowed on public areas such as the beach and the pool. This seems contrasting to the image of being a family friendly camp site to us. Overall Impression: While the camping offers some great facilities, fun activities, and tasty food, the service, cleanliness, and accommodation size left us disappointed. We feel the site has potential, but improvements in maintenance, customer care, and attention to detail are needed.
