We had a booking for this hotel and unfortunately had to cancel our entire Galapagos trip. The owner of this hotel assisted personally with the cancellation and was extremely accomodating in the process. With this excellent customer service, I know that a stay at this property would be top notch. We are disappointed that we could not come this year but we know we will include Isamar Hotel when our plans allow us to visit the Galapagos in the future.
Perfect place! Very accessible from the main dock - one of the first hotels you pass, in fact - but still secluded enough to feel like a well-kept secret. The rooms are beautifully maintained and open directly to the beach boardwalk. Food is stellar. Tomya and the staff are attentive and helped us with some curveballs that came our way. Truly magical.
The hotel faces ocean with a lot of beach chairs. The room is very clean and bigger than most hotel rooms in the USA. There is a popular hotel bar. The front desk staffs are very friendly. The breakfast is simpler than some hotel’s breakfast in this areas.
