One of the best budget hotels we've ever stayed in - good location, friendly staff, comfortable room and quiet little garden with swimming pool. We'd like to send our thanks to the staff at the reception, especially Lucky, who took all the trouble to deliver the toy my kid left in the room to the other hotel in Phuket. We received the package a few days later when we were still travelling and felt so much appreciated for their help and kindness. Great service! Thank you all!

we do understand that this is a budget hotel, however, some of their room features sucks and shouldn’t be considered a 4-star hotel. The AC was not working! There was no air coming out from the ac the whole time we stayed there (3 days). we reported it to the receptionist but he said we need to make the ac temperature higher. But no change happened, even lower than a fan’s wind. That really sucks.

We were there for 2 nights, reception was active and great. The restaurant was good. We checkouted on 13/6/2025 and paid the damage funds when we accidentally spilled a cup of tea on the bed. A while after the event, we are still waiting for the refund from your hotel. We tried to send the through the mail, the message and availed to no answer. 2000baht it's not really a big deal, but the service really shows how professionally they are at sending the refund.
