1. Food Quality: The food served was not up to the standards expected from a reputed establishment. Onions were not cleaned properly, and the dal khichdi was overly salty. 2. Billing & Discounts: There were discrepancies in the billing process, and the discount promised was either not applied correctly or not honored. 3. Service Issues: The overall service experience was poor and not in line with what guests expect from your brand. Thankfully, Manager Mr. Sunil stepped in and was able to resolve the final issues professionally. I appreciate his support, but it is important that such problems are avoided in the first place. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary changes to improve the guest experience.
