Great location, free laundry, consents spring on roof, free ice cream and 9.30pm free noodles. Big beds and well set out room with good shower pressure. Located near the food district. Breakfast was excellent with Japanese and European style food. Clean and staff were attentive.
There are many amenities in Onsen’s room. The shower gel smells like heaven. Check in and out via machine. There is parking which cost 1800 yen per day. Very good breakfast, there were many choices.
We stayed at this hotel twice. During our first visit, the kids stayed for free, but on our second visit, we were charged an additional 30% fee. We booked through Trip.com and paid the expected amount, so this feels unfair and somewhat deceptive. When we inquired about the price difference, which occurred just five days apart, the manager simply stood there without offering any explanation. As a result, we have decided to permanently blacklist this hotel group.
