The room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a perfect balance of luxury and functionality. I was particularly impressed with the serene ambiance and high standard of security throughout the hotel. The dining experience was also a highlight, with a diverse menu and flavorful cuisine. Overall, a top-tier choice for both business travelers and those seeking a relaxing getaway in the heart of the capital.

Wonderful Stay at Marriott Islamabad – Amazing Staff & Great Experience with Room for Small Improvements We recently stayed in the Executive Suite at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional, and the people at the hotel made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. A big thank you to Murad and Babar in the Executive Lounge. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed every time we visited. They are a true asset to the hotel. Umar, the bellboy, was always ready with a smile and quick to help with our luggage or anything else we needed. His friendly attitude really stood out. Our suite was immaculately maintained by Sajid, the room cleaner, whose dedication and politeness were much appreciated. The room was always clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. At the reception, Yusra and Iman from Customer Relations were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. They made check-in and day-to-day assistance seamless and pleasant. While the service was top-notch, we do have a couple of small suggestions that could make the hotel experience even better: Installing an extractor fan in the bathroom would greatly improve ventilation and comfort. The hotel could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, especially in common areas and hallways, to give it the modern and polished look that matches its level of service. Despite these minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Marriott Islamabad team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and high-quality experience. With just a few updates, this hotel would be truly outstanding in every way. Looking forward to staying again!
