The hotel offers excellent service standards. The room was clean, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the bed was soft and spotless. Towels were up to standard, truly reflecting the quality of a luxury hotel. The service was outstanding — I received a warm welcome from every staff member. Buggy service was always on standby, with no waiting time at all. I was genuinely impressed by the attentiveness of all the staff, especially the bellboys and drivers, who were enthusiastic, friendly, and always smiling. Staying here was definitely not a disappointment. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for taking such good care of me — even just one night left a lasting impression.
Dear Burasari Management Team, I recently stayed at your resort and was very impressed by the peaceful, private atmosphere and the beautiful resort setting. It truly offers a relaxing escape with wonderful resort vibes. However, I feel there are some areas where improvements could enhance the overall guest experience. Service across multiple touchpoints seemed understaffed for the number of guests. This was noticeable at check-in (long waits), in the restaurant (slow food service, occasional incorrect orders, and limited menu knowledge), and with golf cart transport (extended waiting times). Additionally, the daily activities did not appear to be actively promoted or encouraged, resulting in very few participants. It also seemed that staff running these activities were not fully trained, which reduced the experience’s appeal. Despite these points, I still appreciated my time here and hope to see these improvements on my next visit.
Island Escape? More Like Island Regret! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, stay far, far away from Island Escape Burasari. Let’s start with the bed — if you’ve ever wanted to know what it’s like to sleep on a wooden plank with a thin layer of cloth, you’re in for a treat. I’m still wondering if the mattress was actually just decorative. Every morning I woke up feeling like I’d just done a wrestling match with a rock. Then there’s the wonderful boat service. “Reliable” is clearly not a word in their dictionary. Expect long, frustrating waits, sudden schedule changes, and the general feeling that no one is actually in charge. And to make it worse, the boat driver was extremely rude — snapping at guests and acting like we were an inconvenience for daring to need a ride. Absolutely unacceptable for a place calling itself a “luxury” resort. And the food… oh, the food! The hotel restaurants have mastered the art of microscopic portions. Imagine paying for a “main course” that looks like it belongs in a dollhouse. If you’re a fan of leaving dinner still hungry and considering ordering instant noodles in your room, this is your paradise. In short, Island Escape Burasari is an escape — from comfort, organization, and basic hospitality. My advice? Escape somewhere else.
