Island Grand at TradeWinds

We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful breakfast at Palm Court in the Island Grand at TradeWinds Resort! The setting was beautiful and relaxing, making it the perfect way to start the day. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—everything from the coffee to the pastries and hot dishes was outstanding. A huge thank-you to our amazing server, Mary from Pennsylvania. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel right at home. Her friendly personality and great recommendations really elevated the whole experience. If you’re staying at the resort, don’t miss breakfast at Palm Court—it’s the perfect combination of delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, and exceptional service!

I recommend this place if you are not expecting a place to go above and beyond. The location is great, staff was wonderful (shout out to Brooke, our poolside waitress). The place is dated and the elevators do take a while. Drinks were pricey, but also typical price for a drink. We were able to get our wristbands early before our room was ready and use the amenities. Our safe did not work in our room and our toilet did not fill properly. These were things I consider minor. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Resort is dated. Elevators need updated. Rooms are nice but very outdated. Water pressure is very low. Best thing so far stopped by Palm Court Italian Grill for Breakfast. Waitress Mary was fantastic and always stopping by for refills on water and coffee. Food serve was great and totally recommend the Omelet. Great location and price was good for the amount of food served.
