10/10. Fantastic location, fronts on to grassed area in front of beach, playground close by. Large rooms equip with everything needed, a little dated but plenty of space. We had views from our room and lovely, easy stroll around the bay to see and feed the Rock Wallabies. (Kids loved that!). Special thanks to the super friendly hosts Dave and Linda, they couldn’t do enough to help! Very clean ammenities, gorgeous pool (partly shaded) and spa, large BBQ area, only 2 mins to Foodworks and some great restaurants / cafes with a hip vibe a couple of streets away. All this whilst being hidden away and very quiet! Great value, we cannot recommend enough.. We will definitely return!!!
Review for Island Palms Resort I recently stayed at Island Palms Resort and had a fantastic experience. The amenities were excellent, especially the braai areas by the pool, which made for a great outdoor atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. A special mention to Dave and Linda, who were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived until our departure. Their hospitality and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Island Palms Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway!
Had some minor issues but Dave and Linda sorted them out quite quickly. Every other aspect of our stay was great. We had a heap of fun in the pool and we made good use of the poolside and rooftop barbecues. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay.
