Loved this motel. The room was ideal for the two of us. We totally enjoyed the hot spa. Management were always available if needed. This was an ideal place to rest and even walk to different areas close by.
Great place to stay, location great, apartment very well appointed and clean, beds comfortable, close to Pacific Fair and Casino. Walk from south Broadbeach tram station to apartment in minutes. Highly recommend.
The most horrible late check in experience ever, took 45 minutes standing in the rain because after hours needed photo ID information before they would give the code to the keybox. I am never comfortable handing ID over this way. They could have waited for the photo ID when reception opened. It would have saved so much time and frustration(on my part)by texting the keybox number to my phone. After a very long, tiring and trying drive, all we wanted to do was get settled into our accommodation.
