We stayed at island view hotel last week.... really we enjoyed our stay... starting from check in at 10;00 till last day ...very fantastic vacation Food is delicious every day different plates and dishes,rooms is old but very clean, animation team very good,most beautiful view near soho very good service, reception team is very helpful Thanks for management We sure will back new year I recommend this hotel

A great location with amazing staff, but the outdated rooms and limited food options need improvement. What stood out the most for me was the exceptional staff—they were consistently friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Another major highlight was the location. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access everything I needed during my stay. If I ever return, it will definitely be because of the amazing staff and the unbeatable location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-placed place to stay. there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The rooms felt quite old and in need of renovation, which affected the overall comfort. Also, the food lacked variety, which made dining a bit repetitive, especially for longer stays. With some updates to the rooms and more diverse food options, this hotel could offer an excellent all-around experience. Still, the service and location make it worth considering.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Island View Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations in several key areas, which I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, the quality of the food served throughout my stay was extremely poor. The meals lacked variety, freshness, and basic hygiene standards. On multiple occasions, the food was either undercooked or overcooked, and in some cases, it appeared to be reheated leftovers. Secondly, I was very disappointed with the attitude and behavior of some of the hotel staff. I found many of them to be unhelpful, unfriendly, and at times even rude. Rather than providing assistance or support, their actions added to my frustration during the stay. Lastly, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The furniture was old, worn-out, and in many cases damaged. It was clear that the room had not been properly maintained, and it did not meet the basic standards of comfort and cleanliness that one would expect from a hotel of this category. This experience has left me very disappointed, especially considering the reputation and rating of your hotel. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve the quality of your services and facilities.
