Lovely distillery experience. From taking the ferry to the island and the relaxing walk to the cozy and beautiful distillery. I liked the explanation, the tour and the tasting. Even back home in the Netherlands I keep enjoying! Would have loved to purchase an extra bottle at the airport, but sadly it wasn't available...

A little untouched gem--truly. We stayed here for our honeymoon and will definitely return in the future. Not only is the staff so kind and incredible, but the hotel has some of the most beautiful views. The taste testing experience is fun and clearly they're all taught incredibly well about Raasay. Their restaurant--also great. The island itself is quiet, which we loved after having spent days with crowds. If you're going to Isle of Skye, you'll find that it's full of hikers and tourists but we hiked up Dùn Cana (the peak of the Raasay island) and it was so peaceful. Can't thank the staff enough for making us feel so special on our trip. Will forever have a bottle of Raasay whiskey in our home!

We had a marvellous time in the Borodale House (Raasay Distillery Hotel). The views - we had Room 2 - are absolutely stunning. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. Food and drinks are great, the restaurant exceeded our expectations. But the best part of our stay was the contact with the people working there. Everyone is open, friendly and makes you feel welcome. And - of course - the whisky is also very nice.
