Very nice, really comfortable and quite spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful! The breakfast is good, plenty of variety. The lunch and dinner however isn't so nice, you're highly encouraged to go to one of restaurant on the island as they're much better. The hotel has a pool as well which is quite sizeable but you aren't allowed to jump in so that's a shame, but you can always go to the beach close by and have fun there. Overall I really recommend this place because it's really nice, one of the best I've been to.
A big thank you to Patricia (the Portuguese waitress at the breakfast buffet) who went above and beyond for her guests and is simply amazing. We looked forward to seeing her every morning. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room overshadowed the stay. We found our room had what appeared to be black mold on the shower floors and shower heads, dried snot smeared on the curtains, makeup stains on the bathroom stool, and blood(?) droplets on the walls. There was also a large stain on the hallway floor outside our room. A shame since this hotel has great potential.
