This is the peefect hotel..the personels there were very cooperative
Very Nice Hospitality, Food is Good. Friendly Staff. Location A+ for Traveling. Good for Family & Corporate Group has large sitting area in Lobby with big TV Screen. Meeting Room as well available with Projector. Neat Clean & Tidy like a 4 Star Hotel. Very Peaceful Place after all day of yours activities. Best Hotel I can say on Corniche street. Go for it! Best Thing is Reception they are very cooperative & they knows English very well❤️
The hotel deserves 1 star. It is not in a good location, although near Al Cornish, you cannot access to the sea because the whole seaside area along the highway is closed for construction. Also, there are very few restaurants nearby. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Second, the young woman with long hair on the reception was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She asked a bell boy to show me the room to see if I liked it. We went to check the room and i was ok with it. The bell boy said I could put my bag in the room first and go back to the reception for check in. When i returned to the reception, I mistakenly thought that my room was already paid by my family in advance, this young woman with long hair, to my shock, reacted strongly saying " who is going to pay ? you cannot go to the room without payment ! " I told her that my bag was left in the room and how could I make payment without getting my bag ? I also had to call my family to confirm that he did not pay. This woman acted like I was like a scammer. Is that how a well trained hotel receptionist should be ? Even if no advance payment was done and a request to pay at check in was required, she could have communicated this politely. I just arrived in Jeddah for holiday and her blunt, rude reaction destroyed my holiday mood. Lastly, the air condition was extremely noisy like a motor vehicle. I was unable to sleep at all all through the night. If I turned it off, the room got so stuffy and hot. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel at all and I will not come back next time.
