Istanbul Dora Hotel

Terrible! Terrible hotel! My rooms fridge and cooler were broken, the guy at the reception told me they can't send anyone to fix it. Finally after multiple complaints he sent the busboy to help me out who didn't speak english. They never even gave me my rooms number so i was lost looking at each room with the busboy to locate mine. After locating the correct room the busboy said my room was broken and they changed it. -Not a single person speaks english. -NEVER COME HERE!

Don't book this hotel as you will be regret. This hotel is 2 stars hotel max. The staff a part from the young one, are not welcoming at all. You ask them a question, they say 'no' without even thinking about it. The lightning in rooms are very low and dim and night time you need a torch. The breakfast quality is low. Juice tastes like water. Sausages are the lowest quality in the market and etc. They avoid helping as much as they be able to.

It is unbelievably disappointing how much this hotel’s quality has declined. Nothing about it resembles what it used to be a few years ago. The doors were damaged, the air conditioning didn’t work, and we had to change our room. On the second day, water started leaking from the ceiling, and we had to change rooms again. Everything in the room was old and worn out, and there wasn’t even sufficient lighting. I honestly can’t believe this hotel is still considered a four-star property—right now, it wouldn’t even qualify as a two-star! The management was also unfriendly and unprofessional. It’s shocking that no one is monitoring or taking responsibility for such poor conditions.
