⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay – Truly 5-Star Service I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Şişli. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—always warm, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. I also had the pleasure of enjoying both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and each meal was fantastic—both in flavor and presentation. The executive lounge became my favorite midday retreat: quiet, beautifully arranged, and offering stunning views of the city that made it the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the Turkish bath and massage—a truly rejuvenating experience that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, service, and luxury in the heart of Istanbul.

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The service throughout my stay was excellent — everything was smooth and professional. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. The hotel is perfectly situated near a variety of chic restaurants, cozy lounges, and stylish spots to enjoy a fancy night out or a relaxing dinner. It’s definitely ideal for anyone who wants to treat themselves or enjoy a little luxury while staying in the area. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with great service. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit

We often stay at this hotel and have always enjoyed the experience — the location, the ambiance, and the overall service are generally excellent. However, during our most recent visit, a few surprising issues occurred that made the stay noticeably less pleasant. 1. Incorrect and Unprofessional Guest Addressing At breakfast, a waiter repeatedly addressed me as “Sir” — despite the fact that I am a woman. “Good morning, sir. More coffee, sir?” It wasn’t just once, but several times throughout the meal. It was both awkward and baffling. In a hotel of this standard, I would expect staff to be properly trained in basic guest interaction. This kind of mistake shows a lack of attention and basic communication competence. It’s not only impersonal — it’s disrespectful. 2. Poor Coordination at Reception Due to uncertain travel plans, we extended our stay day by day, and ended up staying a total of four nights. Each day, we made a new reservation well before noon. Yet, every single day — shortly after 12:00 — we received a call from reception asking when we planned to check out. This happened even though my next-night reservation was already confirmed in the system. This level of internal miscommunication is simply unacceptable in a hotel that claims to offer high standards. It creates unnecessary stress and makes guests feel unwelcome, as if they constantly have to prove they belong. ⸻ These may seem like small things, but they directly affect the overall experience. We truly hope management takes note — because the hotel has so much potential, but without proper staff training and coordination, that quality is easily lost.
