had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting – it truly feels like a home away from home
The place is more than wonderful and very clean and the service is excellent. We would like to thank the receptionist, Mr. Jahed, he is very helpful. We will repeat the visit and recommend this place to our friends. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks again.🙏❤️
☹️ It was by far the worst hotel stay for me and my family. It was so bad, we didn't use our last day and checked out 1 day earlier. Don't care about the money anymore. Slept in sewege smell. Cigarette smell in beds. Not even clean shower and toilet. Full of limescale. Toilet didn't have toilet paper holder, you need to put it on the floor or above the toilet. The ventilation cover in the toilet was also broken, a nice view of toilet pipes, spiders, extra sewege smell.. Hair dryer didn't work, also they didn't have any more hair dryer in the hotel. If you like all above this place is for you.
