The room I am staying is huge, clean, and very nice. It is lovely and in in par with nature. We have crocodile,eagles and bird of paradise walking around. And if that is not your thing, the restaurant is amazing, plus prices are decent. I recommend this place.

Its a pretty nice hotel, with good facilities to rest and chill out. Its a affordable eco resort in a quiet place with the best beach in Veracruz.

The hotel structure is great. The pool is nice, rooms with air conditioner are great. But the employees need more training. I am here since Monday and I'll stay until Friday. I've been trying to schedule the horse ride since day 1. They are always "coming tomorrow". On Tuesday there was a cockroach in the bathroom: ok, I understand how hard it is to control them in Mexico. We killed it, next day the lady cleaned our room but the cockroach is still there. The food is always so, so. Yesterday it was my boyfriend's birthday and not even a coffee was offered as courtesy. Speaking about coffee, at this very moment I am having breakfast when suddenly something floats inside My coffee cup. A baby cockroach. No apologies, they just took my coffee away. I am a bit disappointed with all this, the hotel has everything to be great. Please take more care of your customers.
