IT Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

This hotel was absolutely amazing. All of the staff members were very helpful and friendly, particularly Yair, who made our experience even better. It was within 10 mins walking distance to a TON of great restaurants in every direction, and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach as well! If we stay in Playa del Carmen again we will certainly stay here! We ate at the rooftop restaurant and it was amazing. Dana was very helpful and did a very thorough breakdown of prices. The hotel is very nice and the young man who helped us with checking in (Havi?) was also very helpful. Staff are very polite and we've had a great stay so far!

A hidden gem in Playa Del Carmen! My stay at IT Boutique Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great cafes, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. I truly appreciated how serene the area was, especially after a long day out. I enjoyed so many meals at the hotel—from their delicious breakfast at Catalina Restaurant to lunch and drinks on the beautiful rooftop patio. Every single dish was fresh and flavorful. The spicy coconut margarita they made for me became my absolute favourite—crafted with love and bursting with flavor! The rooms were spotless and well-organized, complete with two comfy robes. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and I loved relaxing on the balcony while listening to the birds. Every detail made me feel at home. The rooftop pool view was absolutely stunning. A perfect place to unwind with a drink in hand, soaking up the sun. Service was outstanding across the board—everyone was warm and welcoming. The cappuccinos from the coffee bar were chef’s kiss and became my morning ritual. Big shoutout to Jaffet and Yair at the front desk—they were so helpful with everything from recommendations to booking our airport taxi, which was seamless and stress-free. I can’t wait to return! Thank you for making my stay so special.

Great value. Double balcony room included a mini fridge, robes, all the basics required. Some wear & tear in rooms, nothing uncommon for coastal hotels. A couple hooks on walls for towels would be helpful. Tiered roof a great place to relax. Mid-March, the hotel and neighbourhood were quiet, no issues sleeping. Would return. Best was friendly service at front desk, especially from Yair who gave many excellent recommendations.
