Very helpful personnel. Quick service. Apartment in via Poma is very small but very modern clean and in safe area. In new building with facilities like gym, sauna, spa room, playing area and other facilities on payment terms.

Very wide range of apartments spread throughout Milan, clean and well furnished. It has been my choice for a long time if I stay in Milan and I suggest it as the optimal option for cost and quality. The assistance offered is also prompt and qualitative and the waiting times for delivery and collection of keys has never been a problem. They have a reference office in the central station but more often I meet an operator directly in the apartment.

Italianway is a company with enormous potential, but it's not exploiting it. I chose the apartment because it was close to Linate Airport, but I had to go to Milan Central Station to pick up the keys because there wasn't enough staff to deliver them directly to me. The instructions I was given to enter the apartment weren't clear, and I got lost in the building. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of space even outside on the terrace. But attention to detail was lacking. The bidet faucet splashed water everywhere, the shower handles fell off, and there was no hairdryer socket in the bathroom. I found a few hairs in the shower, a sign that it hadn't been cleaned properly. These are all small details, but overall, they make me rate the experience very neutral. I can't give a positive review just because of the location.
