Italy Village

The place of Baia Domizia and the venue are fabulous. But the provided house and the service are not up to 3 stars. We have been checked in 2-2.5 hours later, and even this delay (we had to wait in the heat, "on suitcases") did not help the staff to prepare the house properly. The room and bathroom were dirty, with dirty linen from previous guests, etc. 2 days out of 7 there was no hot water, we washed ourselves in a hurry in cold water. That was awful. We asked to fix the problem, but we got the funny answer from reception: there is no repairer, you should wait 2 days.. cool, in 2 days we will be far away from this place. The service people don't speak English, just some of them can talk on very-very basic level (like A1). The food was ok (pasta/potato + tomato & salat + some fruit every day, ), but the employees served it disdainfully, like in a bad cafeteria. Though the croissants were tasty. ) Great beach, and sunbed & umbrella included to the price. Which is nice. If you don't care about comfortable rooms and good service, but want to enjoy awesome nature where the sea and the mountains meets together you should go here.

First of all, the location is nice. Despite we were in a remote village, the sea in 5 minutes on foot, and the pine forest soothes the bad experience. The next is friendly stuff. I know someone had a bad experience with them as well. I didn’t. I find the staff smiling. But not helpful. I told the receptionist on Wednesday about my fridge doesn’t work and about problems with the lock. Zero efforts afterward. The 72 number for only 2 people was sooooo bad. It was so dirty. The stub of the cigarette in our bathroom after previous guests. The room was so dirty and the furniture so old I was forced to be all in my flip-flops in my apartments all the time. The sh*t on the floor in the bathroom near the reception 😞😕 the food was awful (except the croissants) I will not eat macaroni in a month I guess. Every dinner they served noodles. For 8 days. It was the first time I wished my vacation came to an end quicker. On the bright side, I can say that apartments that are for family 4+ people are much better. The furniture is not so old and it was pretty ok. So my point is if you have the opportunity look for other hotels in this area. Add some money, and fork out a little bit. Read the reviews but did not choose the apartment for 2 in Serra. It just doesn’t worth it.

The location is great! The beach and the trees are amazing. The problem is the service! So very bad!!! THE FOOD - even a pig would not eat it. So disappointed with food when Napoli area should be the one with the best food in Italy. It feels like they serve us waste. They just do not want to throw it away and feel like it’s okay to give to their guests. I do not know why they pay the chef. Obviously he does not know what he is doing. He should maybe try the food before serving it to people just so he knows what kind of garbage he is feeding the guests. It is very sad because the place is really pretty and has a lot of potential. I have never looked forward to the end of my vacation but this time is absolutely different and not in a good way.
