I had a wonderful stay at ITC Grand Bharat Delhi! The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable- from the rooms to the public areas, everything was spotless and sparkling. I especially want to appreciate the housekeeping staff, who ensured every detail was looked after and all needs were promptly addressed. Special thanks to Kajol from housekeeping, whose dedication and warm attitude truly elevated my experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury and outstanding service
The play area and recreational area was possessing a different luxe to it. The spa and yoga room added a special serenity to the palace. It was a comfortable stay. Semi private pool and gym were also a fun place. Cycling was also an awesome fun time
It was an awesome stay as the staff was well posted with their duties and the facility was more than a comfortable hotel to stay.
