Very basic room, no frills- a bed and a bathroom. If you want to purchase breakfast you can. It’s decent. The front desk was a bit rough as they questioned me about paying for breakfast which I did. Not sure why the breakdown of communication happened with the waiter. But it was unprofessional to doubt me- the paying guest. Great location. For the price it’s fine. No atmosphere- no frills.
No way this is a 4star hotel. It was a cheap 1 or 2 star Motel. Entrance lobby just has a mini counter. No seats for the guests, nothing. Everything was sooo old and outdated like they never fixed this place. Our room was at the 2nd floor and it was so small and dark. Smelled so really bad..Bathroom was all moldy and gross. The bathroom did not have a fan or window so if you took a #2 the smell stayed all day and on top if you took a shower got even worst. You have a stinky bathroom and humidity. We had to get some bathroom spray. You can hear constantly all day other guests slamming the doors. Walls are as thin as paper. On top, you can hear people walking upstairs. Only best thing about this place was the location that is it! I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Be warned!
DO NOT STAY HERE. My husband, myself and my 10 month old stayed here for one night (March 30, 2025). My husband and I were both eaten up by BED BUGS. I unfortunately wasn’t wearing many clothes to sleep because it was so hot in the room, so I was bitten a total of 26 times on my arms, fingers, shoulders and torso. Why was I so hot? Because they don’t have AC that works for certain times of the year. Thankfully my son was not bitten because he slept in a crib that was not touching the bed. The bites started developing less than 24 hours from when we stayed at the hotel and as soon as I saw them on my body I knew exactly what they were. I’ve unfortunately had experience many years ago with a hotel in Washington DC that had bed bugs so I am very familiar with what the bites are like. I’d never wish bed bug bites on anyone. They are insanely itchy and painful and they take days to disappear. We contacted the hotel once through our travel agent and twice on our own to let them know they have a problem in room 201. Their response to the travel agency was “we have never received that complaint before.” That’s it. Nothing about looking into the reported issue, nothing about solving the problem, nothing but denial and deflection. So we contacted them again via email to report the issue and ask what they were doing to correct the bed bugs problem. We weren’t looking for reimbursement or anything of that nature. We just wanted to make sure that other guests didn’t have to deal with this problem because let me tell you, bed bugs really are the devil. Do you think we heard anything back? NOPE. We tried one more time and no response which is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and frankly shows how little you care about your guests. It’s shameful that you’d rather let your guests be eaten alive in their sleep than do the right thing and look into the issue. I won’t even go into the fact that there is absolutely no way on gods green earth that this is a 4 star hotel. Travelers, you’ve been warned. Do not stay here.
