ITC Kakatiya a Luxury Collection Hotel Hyderabad

From the moment we arrived at hotel, we knew we were in for a special experience. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff Ms. Mamta, who made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Not only did they accommodate my request for an early check-in, but they also graciously offered a late check-out, allowing me to enjoy my stay without feeling rushed. To our delight, we were upgraded to a higher-category room, which truly enhanced our experience. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful amenities. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered were courteous, professional, and eager to assist with anything we needed. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. Overall, our experience at ITC Kakatiya was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, generous accommodations, and genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. I visited ITC on a leisure trip with family and stayed in an ITC One double room. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of options. The staff at the live stations were particularly helpful and courteous. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, the gym looked well-equipped and inviting. Swimming pool can be improved. Our room included access to the Club One Lounge, which offers complimentary drinks and starters for two hours. The non-vegetarian starters were delicious, though the vegetarian options could use some improvement. The staff throughout our stay were exceptionally courteous and professional. We faced a medical emergency during our visit, and I’m especially grateful to Mr. Kota Durgaiah and Ms. Shravani for their prompt and compassionate assistance. The hotel also kindly offered us an extended checkout at no extra charge due to the situation. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this property for both leisure and business stays.
