Best service and best room facilities we availed here. Service was pretty good. We enjoyed our luxury hours at the Sky bar and the Lake view was amazing. We went to their Italian restaurant named Ottimo. Delicious food and service design they have. We will come back soon. Highly recommend.

Absolutely not value for money. The hotel and the location are good but service is below average. They will charge you a bomb and it’s dynamic. We are 20 people from the same organisation in the same hotel, one person’s booking was not being found, although they had rooms, they pretended that it’s overbooked so they can add dynamic tariff. Every-time they put interns at the reception who don’t even know whose bag they are giving to whom. To a single female traveller they assign a room facing an under construction building where construction workers are roaming around and there is complete lack of privacy, you can’t even open the curtains. This is not the first time they have done it, due to proximity from office, we book our team’s stay here every couple of months. And we did advance booking in April for a planned visit in July, still this is the service. The sink in the washroom accumulates water since the lever to open the sinkhole doesn’t operate properly. I’m already working in changing to a different hotel for our upcoming 3 visits. Only their restaurant staff is good and prompt and food is good too.
