ITC Maurya a Luxury Collection Hotel New Delhi

I had a truly wonderful experience at ITC Delhi, and a major part of that was thanks to the incredibly warm and attentive staff. A special shoutout to Shalu, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was running late due to unexpected traffic, and she graciously extended my stay time without any hassle, making sure I didn’t feel rushed. Her calm demeanor, professionalism, and genuine care were truly appreciated. The entire team at ITC was equally courteous, warm, and welcoming — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. There’s a certain sense of warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like more than just a guest. Thank you ITC Delhi for such a lovely and seamless experience. I’m definitely coming back! 🌟
