We were in the ‘cheap seats’ on the top floor so I guess that’s why it was such good value. Very nice foyer and breakfast room. Large, airy bedroom. Comfortable single beds. Modern bathroom. We found free street parking 15 minutes walk away. Parking at the hotel cannot be reserved.

Absolutely terrible experience. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but the reality is far from what’s shown on Booking.com. The room I was given looks nothing like the pictures — it feels like a bait-and-switch. Check-in was a disaster: I had to wait over 20 minutes because they only have one working computer at reception, despite having two staff members there (one of whom didn't seem to be doing anything at all). The process was painfully slow and disorganized. The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but the thermostat dial was broken. When I brought this up, I was told that it's not possible to change the temperature because the entire hotel is set to the same climate control. Then why is there a temperature dial in my room at all? This stay felt like a complete scam. The facilities don’t match the description, the service is slow and unprofessional, and the reception staff seriously need to get their act together. I would never recommend this place to anyone.My only luck is that I booked and paid in advance for just two days.
