Really enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome, right in the old town however no issues with noise. The room is clean and felt they had many thoughtful details included. We did find the check in quite confusing as the location is a bit hidden and limited communication about check in was given. They contact you via WhatsApp but we arrived and had not received a message yet so took a little to figure out how to access. I think better communication of how to navigate your arrival would make this experience better. However, overall, would recommend the stay.
Its Room is a hotel in very central Napoli. We loved everything about this gem - it is incredibly quiet despite it being in the middle of the tourist district, the staff were charming and attentive as was the owner, the rooms were very attractive and had excellent amenities. We absolutely recommend this perfect place in our beloved Napoli.
Everything went seamlessly at this hotel! Great location and very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed two times at the book ends of our trip to Napoli/Ischia/Napoli. Highly recommend. Absolutely loved Napoli!
