Itza Bella Suites

The housekeeping service was top notch. Excellent service, Maria was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.Room was spacious and clean. Our room had a decent size refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. Parking available in front of the entrance and additional parking in the back. Walking distance to the Plaza and a few places to eat or have ice cream A short ride to the airport, beaches and shopping areas. Maritza the owner was very accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Itza-Bella Suites in Isabela. When we arrived we initially weren't sure where to park. There was very limited space in front of the door and a tight alley next to the building. I wasn't sure if I could park in front of the door as it seemed to be the parking place of a florist. But the sign on the door said that the florist was on vacation, so we left the car there. There was no reception or anyone to talk to, but they sent a code and information on how to get inside. The outside door is locked with a key, which seems a little unsafe in case of an emergency; I don't think there was another fire exit. However, the room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Everything was very well maintained and we loved our stay here.

Daniel Blevins and Tasha Blevins, Went to Puerto Rico for the first time in 30 years as I get there I was having a bad day off the flight. I get to the hotel and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay and my wife stay was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be back. To the staff and Maritza I greatly appreciate everything you have done you are one in 1 million God bless you all and thank you for all you’ve done. I wish your place lots of success you guys are amazing and the rooms are excellent we were very comfortable and pleased with everything , again thank you!
