This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. Perfect, pristine, high quality, modern facilities in a character building. Beautiful decor. Excellent location 2 minutes away from the cathedral. Amazing rooftop and restaurant. Incredibly nice and efficient staff. Just wonderful. If in Cuenca, do not miss it.
Beautiful rooms and they really treat you like you are star 🌟 here. I can compare it to the 5 stars hotels in Miami where you have to spent $1500 a day to receive the same service. Definitely I will be back.. they have fresh roses all over decorating this place. And the toiletries were incredible..also the towels very soft and the bed 😍even better than the Ritz Carlton
I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The rooms are well appointed (nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable bed, great linens) and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The location is perfect. The rooftop has incredible views and great drinks. What more could a traveler want?
