The Ivana hotel is an ok hotel but definitely not a 4star. More like a low 3 star. The staff don't smile and just want to sit on there phones. The bar staff are amazing and really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are diabolical and we had to go out every morning to friends restaurant every morning.
Mediocre at best, just an average hotel to stay at. Wouldn't give it any more than 3 stars myself. Average room, average service, breakfast was pretty much the same everyday with little to no difference. The noise from the hallway is very clearly heard from the room as the doors don't block out any sound whatsoever and it was difficult to try to sleep some night when people were noisy at night. Cleaning of our room varied depending on the cleaning ladies. Staff wasn't too helpful nor understood much of our questions/requested and didn't try much to be of help. The walk to the shore is about 5min so it wasn't too bad for that. Nothing else was of notice. Stayed for a week with family.
Stayed her last week all staff were great . Breakfast lacking lots. Worst thing was the twin beds ,1 sneaked so bad every little moment, spent the week on mattress on floor.
