Amazing Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything about this hotel was top-notch! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We loved spending time by the pool, which was always well-maintained. The highlight, though, was the animation team – they brought so much energy and fun! The daily activities and evening shows were a great way to meet people and enjoy the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!
That was one of the best author SERVICE share we were there for a vacation me and my family we totally loved it. The room was totally clean and the view of the pool was really nice as the night. We also had a nice dinner there restaurant was really amazing. The food was really tasty. Animation theme was super perfect
We stayed at this hotel for 6 days (payed for all inclusive) and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. While the staff was pretty friendly and the hotel had a big territory with two large swimming pools, most other aspects were disappointing. Food & Drinks: The food was just okay, but not great. The drink selection from the bars was very limited. Non-alcoholic options were basically water, cola, sprite, and two extremely terrible watered-down juices. Alcoholic choices included only beer, wine, and whiskey. And if you wanted a cocktail or something you had to pay extra even though it’s supposed to be all-inclusive. Activities & Entertainment: There were no daytime activities. There was a dartboard but no darts, a volleyball net on the beach, but when we asked for a ball to play they couldn't find it. There was also a pool table—but you had to pay $4/hour to use it, which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive resort. Evening entertainment consisted of a 30-minute concert and a short disco session that ended at 11 pm. By the way the shows always started 40 minutes to an hour late. Room Conditions: The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. Our safe didn’t work, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, and the fridge was completely empty. In over 35°C heat, we were only given one bottle of water per day (a second if you asked), which is honestly unacceptable. Also no toothpaste, just a cheap 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash and a liquid soap. Overall: This hotel is rated 4 stars, but it feels more like a 3-star at best. It’s very quiet and boring, with basic food, very limited choice of drinks, and bad room conditions. Unless you're just looking for a place to relax by the pool or beach and don’t care about activities or quality service, I would not recommend this hotel at all.
