This is a very nice hotel. The area is very big with lots of facilities. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and it was great. The staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel facilities and vicinity are clean and very well maintained. There was very low number of guests. The price could be too high provided it locates in a small city with not so many tourist attractions. I wish the hotel could attract more guests.
Luxury and gigantic hotel indeed. A little too quiet here on Sunday night. But great if you came in a big group as everywhere is ONLY you. Swimming pool is also very large - too large for just one family. Decent room with new aircon but TV is very old, minus 1 star here. Breakfast is buffet for you to choose from the menu. Good food and great service.
This hotel’s accommodation is ‘stayable.’ The facilities could be better. It could do with quite a lot of renovations eg. Paint jobs, advertising, and lighting. The main entrance is underwhelming. It’s dark and somewhat gloomy. The music at the reception could be better. The AC in the rooms is okay. The lighting in the rooms are a bit dark, and not in a good way. It takes away from the ‘luxury’ feel of the hotel. I hope the owners of the hotel take notice and do what they can to improve future experiences for future guests.
