From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The staff was consistently welcoming and professional, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The breakfast was a highlight – fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and with a wide variety to suit every taste. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views over the city and the sea – a perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend booking a room with a sea view. The hotel is incredible – everything feels brand new and well designed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my luggage and they went above and beyond to assist me, being both proactive and kind. The breakfast is truly outstanding – definitely one of the highlights of the stay and worth waking up for every single day. The location is also excellent: close to the city center, with restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket just nearby. Highly recommend this hotel – I would definitely stay here again!
My recent long weekend stay at the Marriott Izmir Hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are a decent size and were kept spotless thanks to the excellent daily housekeeping services. The breakfast buffet, while not overly expansive, was a highlight. It featured a great variety of fresh herbs and fruits, and the made-to-order omelets prepared by the talented young chef were absolutely delicious. Our male server was also outstanding; his perfect English and professional service truly elevated our dining experience. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the staff. The ladies at the front desk, especially Defne, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The entire team in the M Club, from the morning shift to the busy evening service with happy hour, deserves special recognition. The hospitality and service provided by these women were immaculate, and I'd like to extend a personal thank you to each and every one of them for making my family's getaway so enjoyable.
