Had an all inclusive week at the Izola Paradise Hotel and it was superb . Quiet location near the main strip in Sunny Beach. The hotel was immaculate . Rooms are comfortable and well maintained and beds are very comfortable . Rooms are serviced each day with fresh towels. From the welcome at reception to the secure luggage store before leaving this was a great stay. The restaurant offers a good range of well prepared and well presented food. Options for vegetarians at all services and a nice variety of international and local dishes . Drinks in the all inclusive Package are good and include wine , beer , spirits and some cocktails.
The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you need while still offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, the all-inclusive package was disappointing, with limited food options available only between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible entertainment team, especially the animation instructors Ani and Dani. They brought energy, creativity, and genuine care to every activity. Thanks to them, our kids were engaged from morning to evening with a variety of fun and well-organized events: dancing, drawing sessions, ping pong tournaments, water handball, and many more exciting games. Ani and Dani have a natural talent for working with children — they created a warm and playful environment where every child felt included and happy. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they made a huge difference in our overall experience. We’re truly grateful for their dedication and would love to return just to see them again!
September 2024, I have already used the services of the Izola hotel, I even gave them a positive opinion. The quality of what happened to me now cannot be compared to what was and what is currently happening at the hotel. The room could be accepted except that they systematically have a problem with hot water and a complete lack of internet. In the period of 5 days, our room was not cleaned once, but this did not surprise me, because the first time I was in Izola there was also a problem with this. It is annoying to look for a cleaner and ask that you need toilet paper, but I do not have high expectations, I managed without a problem. The broken shower in the bathroom I reported immediately after check in to the reception, but in the period of 5 days no one tried to fix it. I was most outraged by the hotel restaurant and the supposedly all-inclusive service. Not a single normal drink in the bar. Everything you offer is of such low quality that it's scary to think about your health. In the bar next to the bartender in the currency exchange office, the white wall is black with fungus. Unfortunately, I was not able to document it, despite the fact that the bartender regularly does not close the door. The service is entirely based on employees from Ukraine, who do not even have a clue about tourism. No one speaks English, even at the reception desk, it is difficult to communicate. The service makes basic mistakes such as refilling the coffee machine. Instead of hot chocolate with milk, they refill the machine with coffee. After some time, one of the parents realized that the children were drinking coffee instead of chocolate. After several reports, the service reacted, but did not rinse the machine, stating that after two or three chocolates the taste of coffee would disappear. The juice machine is also not available all the time. I do not know why, but in the afternoon instead of apple juice, only water is flowing. Despite reports, every day for 5 days looked the same. If you want juice, then with dinner, because in the afternoon one or two juices are no longer available. Now I would like to add a few words to the restaurant at the end. No manager, which causes huge chaos. Assortment on 12 trays, which is not replenished regularly. Tasty food, but lacking. Despite the fact that breakfast is until 10:00, the food is available until 8:30 at most. I am attaching photos of the situation when people who paid for all inclusive are forced to eat out for extra money. The staff in the restaurant practically does not know what to do. As if they had received instructions that they are not able to replenish missing food. You ask them for replenishments because there is a huge queue and they all hide in the kitchen. Every meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner, the same problem. If you do not hurry at the beginning, you are guaranteed that only leftovers or none at all are left. It is a shame to even talk about hygiene in the restaurant. The waitresses do not disinfect the tables. Each of them has only one dry sponge measuring 15cm x 15cm. They often put this cloth in their uniform pockets and if they notice something they will literally dry-clean the table. Some tables are sticky with grease. You probably think that I am a picky customer, but I will assure you that I am not at all. Everything I have described is true. I do not expect any competence, but I hope my opinion will at least lead to you checking what you are offering. It is sad to think that hard-working people pay for something that should not look like this
