Although the hotel has been renovated, the rooms are very clean and spotless. Every day, the staff carefully replenishes coffee, tea, and drinking water in our room. The hotel has a resort-like atmosphere, and there are regular cleaning staff who come in to tidy up. Even when you're lying in the room, they won't disturb you; they enter as a team of three—one person cleans the bathroom while the other two vacuum and tidy up the bedding. They are very efficient and attentive, and they wear shoe covers when entering the room. What surprised me the most was that from my first day of check-in to the end of my week-long stay, every time we returned to the hotel, they would greet us at the entrance. They were concerned we might have bought a lot of things, and each time, they would help us with our luggage. They were very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is served buffet-style, offering both Western and traditional Japanese options. The Japanese breakfast is especially exquisite, featuring local produce from Izu, and it is worth the price.

The resort was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. We had a few issues with our rooms, but Tomoko Yamanashi and her team Roshan handled everything so professionally and efficiently. We truly appreciate their help and dedication. We highly recommend this resort — with staff like Tomoko, it’s clear this place is in great hands. She’s an absolute gem!

Room: very clean hot spring in the room is very nice. A little too hot for summer. Breakfast & dinner buffet: just sufficient but not great. I expect the better food selections. Nothing special. Lounge: large space for family with kids. Food and drink selection is below average - not good at all. Big pool: relatively clean and need staffs to check from time to time. If you like to have dinner in town, please make reservations and pay attention to the hotel shuttle bus schedules. It costs around 3400 yen from train station to hotel by taxi. There is a big gap between lunch & dinner time.
