Excellent. Very clean, great shower, nice staff. Decent complimentary breakfast. Super comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Quiet area.
Beautiful, well organized and taken care off hotel. Rooms are comfortable (super cozy bed). With everything you need. Stuff is helpful and kind (google translate is absolutely enough to communicate). If you have any tiny request (like I prefer flat pillow) they are happy to help. Clean and quiet, aesthetically pleasing (Japanise inspired, how cool!) place. I'll definitely come back here next time when I'll be in Khon Kaen!
My bed sheets were dirty (see photo). There was no one at check in at 2.10pm, and they did not seem delighted to be disturbed from their other important tasks. Bedroom floor not swept. The sound-proofing is terrible, I could hear every word from next door. The drinking water smelt weird: first time in my life I smelt weird water in a hotel. No bedside lamp. Overall, not Boutique, not very clean or welcoming. On the plus side, bed is Very comfortable, bathroom was Very clean, price reasonable. Breakfast looked fine (but by that stage I didn’t feel sufficiently trusting to try it.)
