I stayed at Hotel J Inspired Pattaya and absolutely loved the room! It was clean, modern, and very well designed. I especially liked the upper cabinets in the kitchenette area – perfect for storing things neatly. The small kitchen setup with a microwave, sink, and fridge was really convenient. The service from the staff was also excellent – they were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I felt very comfortable and welcomed during my stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Pattaya. I’ll definitely come back again!
I had a really disappointing experience at J Inspired Hotel in Pattaya. I found a cockroach in my bathroom, and when I reported it to the front desk, the staff member laughed, spoke in Thai to his colleague, took a photo of it from my phone, and said they would “check tomorrow.” But they didn’t do anything to help, no follow-up, no room change, nothing. I told them I felt uncomfortable, and they just didn’t seem to care. The room wasn’t very clean, with dirty walls had a worn-out feel. I ordered a pizza, and the cheese smelled and tasted like it was expired. The breakfast was also disappointing, low quality and not worth it. On top of that, the service overall was poor, unfriendly and unhelpful. What really shocked me was the rats and cockroaches around the outside of the hotel. I even saw a rat on the terrace near the pool. That alone made me feel uneasy. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel needs to seriously improve cleanliness, pest control, and the way they treat guests.
Hotel staff collaborated with Grab drivers to defraud tourists. We asked the staff to book a Grab to go to the beach. After we returned to the hotel from the beach, the staff called our room and asked us to come down to the reception to resolve the issue. When we got down, the Grab driver was already waiting and asked us to pay for the car wash fee. Meanwhile, from the beginning, before we got in the car, he did not inform us that if we got the car wet, we would have to pay an additional car wash fee. Meanwhile, the hotel staff said that was the rule, the driver took pictures of us and threatened to call the police if we did not pay (he said the fee was 500 baht but he only asked for 200 baht). It was terrible.
