J24 Hotel Milano

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I recently stayed at J24 Hotel Milano and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to major attractions and public transportation, which made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for both work and rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

I spent three wonderful days at Hotel J24 with my husband, and I can only express my complete satisfaction with the experience. The hotel is modern, welcoming, and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable spaces that made us feel at ease right away. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the breakfast: varied, plentiful, and of excellent quality. A special thanks goes to the Asian boy working in the breakfast room and bar, always kind and very professional. All the staff were friendly and helpful, ready to meet every need with courtesy and discretion. The hotel’s location is quite convenient, well connected to Duomo via the yellow metro line.

My room was 716. The room looked clean at a glance. However, when I tucked the bed sheet back in I found a cheese-like substance in the top right corner of the mattress and underneath the mattress to my disgusted surprise was a used condom. I didn’t know how to tell the reception about what I saw. I told a guy there when I checked out asking how my stay was, I explained what I had saw and he said I should’ve told him? I shouldn’t have had to see that. It ruined my hotel experience there entirely. Staff were pretty nice other than when I asked for a bottle opener this guy told me to get it myself from the bar on reception. The A/C didn’t work. Was sweating the whole of the time in the room. The room looked like it hadn’t been dusted at all as well. There were cobwebs in the shower and around the lights. The cleaners didn’t bother to give us any soap until the last day! We had to use our expenses on that. Do NOT recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to stay. More worthy of a last minute booking.
