Lovely hotel. I want to start with the staff, they are simply wonderful. Not only because they are very helpful in all existing ways. From helping you to get a cab, information about places to visit, taking making copies for you. etc. I am here and I am having a great time. Also they always have a smile on their faces. Second, the location of the hotel is the best. All tourist activities come here and from here is just minutes to everything. Third, is close to the train station, to good restaurants. It is also a very clean hotel that smells like delicious spices as you come in. I will come back here again in the future.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The room service is excellent — always quick and friendly. Staff are very helpful and polite. The location is good, 15min to dubai mall and close to shops and restaurants. I recommend trying the hotel restaurant they have a large variety of food and everything tastes great! Great experience overall. Highly recommended!
This review is for Italian restaurant Pizza é Pasta at J5 Rimal hotel. WOW!!!! I was really blown away by the quality and presentation of the food. Excellent taste and wonderful service!!! Chef Hussain is perfect- Italian food expert!!! Little italy in Dubai and unexpectedly in a hotel! My recommendation!!!
