A very beautiful hotel! I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The hotel has a small zoo, fun water activities, and even horseback riding, which you can reach by golf cart , a unique and enjoyable touch. Overall, the staff were kind and welcoming, except for some of the staff at the swimming pool and the golf cart area, where the service could have been better. However, we were lucky to meet a golf cart driver named Ram, who was extremely friendly! He gave us a lovely tour around the hotel and helped us discover many of its features , thank you, Ram! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay with a variety of activities.

Dear JA Lake View Hotel Management, I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience during my stay. I’ve been visiting your hotel regularly for the past couple of years with friends, and we’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere and facilities. Lately, however, every time we try to access the pool at JA The Beach, we’re repeatedly asked for our room number and then the staff proceed to call the hotel to verify our stay. This happens every single time we enter or leave the pool area. Frankly, it’s frustrating and makes us feel unwelcome—as if we don’t belong there. Is there a specific reason for this excessive verification? It feels more like a security checkpoint than a leisure resort. We expect a smooth, respectful experience—especially as returning guests who have consistently chosen your hotel. I hope this issue can be addressed, and that better communication and training are given to your staff to improve the guest experience. Best regards,
