Jacir Palace Hotel Bethlehem

wonderful historic building as you see in pictures, the reception, restaurant and main areas are very very romantic, quiet and astonishing. the breakfast was good, the gardens and the pool is gorgeous. the rooms was good, wide and clean but more like 4 stars hotels not 5 stars. the building need some maintenance, staff was very welcome and friendly, the hotel have large parking area, and its location is very good near the border between Jerusalem and Bethlehem

I wouldn't say that it's a 5* hotel! It needs updating. But in general it's good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is not so good, there is no great variety of it, sometimes it isn't even tasty. But the best of this hotel is its green zone outside! Beautiful trees, bushes, palms around the swimming pools make you feel somewhere in the luxury resort

The meals were delicious! The rooms were dirty and only random days had any room service. The bathtub had hair and black nasty stuff on the mat and all the towels were stained. We got stuck in an elevator going to our room and when we called the front desk they asked which one but didn't apologize or ask anything else. It is comparable to about a two star hotel in the USA. But the meals were four star hotel meals.
