Jacob Resort Hadera

We stayed at Jacob Resort Hadera during the second week of August 2025 for three nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Strengths: The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, stylish, and tastefully decorated. Despite being a busy season, we never felt any crowding either in the dining area or at the pools. Although the outdoor pool was closed, the hotel did an excellent job of notifying us well in advance, sending about six or seven reminders over a month and a half before our stay. The indoor pool, which was open until 10 p.m., was more than sufficient and very enjoyable. A true highlight was the effort the hotel made for children. Even though there is no official kids’ club, the staff went out of their way to provide activities throughout the day, which was very noticeable and greatly appreciated. The location is also a big plus. It is just a short distance from entertainment spots like the Village Mall Hahof. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of activities for children both nearby and in the city. Weaknesses: The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, but the maintenance could be improved, particularly in the bathroom area. Breakfast offered a fairly wide selection, but unfortunately much of the food felt dry. We also experienced repeated issues with the room and pool access cards, which often stopped working and needed to be reset. Overall: This was an excellent experience, especially for those looking to avoid the crowded hotels of Eilat during the peak of August. The atmosphere was calm, the facilities pleasant, and the staff showed real commitment to ensuring a good stay.

Hotel location is great with amazing see view.Rooms furniture is a bit old and should be replaced as well as refrigerator and TV.Hotel SPA is nice however additional maintenance would be great.

At arrival one room was not ready. The bathroom door handle was broken and didn't close. We had 2 rooms: one room received cookies and chocolates the other room didn't. Outside swimming pool closed for renovation, but this was not mentioned during reservation. Need to rent chairs on your own account at the beach instead of free chairs at the pool site. 3rd day of stay rooms were not cleaned by 15:30 pm nor did we receive clean towels. Attached coffeeshop very rude personnel. Very small lobby without any facilities and discustingly dirty. No private parking at hotel. No entertainment at all. During checkout I gave my comments at the desk, they wrote down my phone number and promised to contact me and I will receive compensation. A week has passed and I didn't receive any phone call!
