Jadi Hotel Los Puntales

The accommodation is good, looks a bit nicer on the photos, but it's good and clean which is important. The staff is kind, most of them don't speak english, but that is normal everywhere in Colombia. Susana Puello is the most amazing employee at the hotel. She speaks english very well, is very kind and made my stay at the hotel very enjoyable, excellent customer service!

Would have been 5 stars if u’d Been given the better room when I arrived and originally asked for it, and if the one staff person at the front desk that I had to deal w/ most was a bit more friendly. Good location. Lovely room once I requested a room change. Originally put on 1st floor next to everyone coming and going, air conditioning only in rooms. Good air conditioning was great. Staff is a mixed bag. A good number are very friendly (which was wonderful), Others not so much. That have a set laundry service w/ set prices which is helpful. I enjoyed the breakfasts.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The manager lied about numerous things before I got to the hotel. The manager also failed to mention that the hot tub is not working at the moment but before reserving the room, he told me it was working. This hotel needs to be shut down. The manager/owner is taking people's money without being truthful about amenities and the condition of the rooms. The hotel is very disgusting!!! I would advise you to find a different place to stay, if you plan to visit. I'm starting to see why many people complained about this place in the past. There are different hotels that are better. Do not make the mistake I made by staying here, you will regret it.
