DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Don’t waste your money booking a hotel where the front desk guy “Abdullah” calls you “NOT RESPECTFUL.” I’ve traveled to many places, but this is the first time I’ve ever encountered such rude and humiliating behavior from someone who calls himself a front desk manager. He called me “disrespectful” just because I asked him not to call our room again at 9 AM and ruin our sleep. Later, when I politely asked for an iron, he refused and said it was because we weren’t respectful — as if he was punishing us. He even told me to call the police if I wanted him to bring it! He laughed in my face while I was speaking, ignored me, and started playing a game on his phone. When I asked for his name, he said it was personal information and refused to tell me. He wasn’t even wearing a name tag like he’s supposed to. And when I told him I’d rate his service zero stars, he responded, “I’ll rate you a minus one.” Worst attitude and behavior I’ve ever experienced in my life. As if that wasn’t enough, even the rooms weren’t clean — and the bathroom smelled like urine. DO NOT waste your money just to be insulted and humiliated by a so-called employee.

First of all the front desk receptionist abdullah is very disrespectful he accused my sister of being disrespectful while we did nothing to him all because he called at 9am for us to give them back the iron which is ironic because prior to that day he said that they had alot of irons in the hotel but anyways we just told him that he has no right to call us at that time then went and accused us of being disrespectful and he told us that he won’t get an iron to our room and if we have a problem with that we can call the cops!!!!!! he kept playing on his phone while we talked to him and when we asked for his name so we can rate him he said no to sharing his name for some reason when he should’ve wore a tag but he isn’t and when we told him that we will rate him a zero as a server he said and i quote “i will rate you a negative one” that’s a very disrespectful attitude towards guest that are staying at their hotel and as a servant he is forced to treat me and everyone else with respect whether he like it or not and to top it all he even was mocking us by raising the telephone of the hotel and acting like he is calling the other staff and saying “get her her iron hahha” very disrespectful person and i would never in my life visit that hotel again. Even the room was a bit mediocre and not well designed look at the pic below for some reference. If i could rate the service a zero i would honestly.

Runaway , the worst hotel in turkey ❌❌❌ First from reception abdullah Who is a big begger He wants us to pay for ride that we didnt use We reserve airport pick up service but he didnt reply to us , and even when we arrived to hotel he asked us to pay ( he will take it for his self not for property im sure ) And when we refuse to pay He force us to pay for 3rd person who is coming only with us ( will not stay as we have another hotel for other members of family ) Then we refuse as we only 2 persons to saty Then later he was threatning my sis by police , but when ifaced him he was coward , Other thing that turkish girl , she was lying when we ask for luggage guy to help us she was lying that he left already , while he was there They took everything personal , We keep the r oom free didnt stay in it ( we had already another hotel ) In general Bad property bad manager bad staff Not recommended Bad experience with hotel
