The rooms are nice. Unfortunately, in our opinion, not child-friendly. On New Year's Eve, even at 4 p.m., the staff didn't know what was planned for the evening. For the meal there were only 4 main courses (type of meat) to choose from, where the sauce and side dish had to be purchased separately. We wanted simple pasta, without anything extra for our son. This was rejected because that was probably the only thing on the menu. This was also a problem for other parents. But the breakfast was ok and the staff otherwise tried hard. But the staff doesn't understand German very well. Otherwise, as previously shown on the website, there was no playroom for children, the solarium was "not open to customers" and the wellness area was cold. We didn't find a salt chamber either...
A basically nice, clean hotel, but lacking in love and professionalism. It's run by poorly trained staff who often seem overwhelmed. The wellness area was only partially open and partially redecorated. Tables and only one coffee machine can spoil the otherwise sumptuous breakfast. Unfortunately, this inn isn't worthy of a 4-star hotel. However, the rooms are exceptionally beautiful and harmonious, and the lounge with its open fireplace is also very cozy.
Hello, it would be nice if the staff could speak German or at least English. The food was terrible—the salmon fillet was straight from the Spar freezer—breaded and ugly. One dinner was enough—otherwise, we went to the pizzeria (Venecia, like almost all the guests) (5*), fun and delicious. The room was OK, clean, but the chambermaid never showed up during the three days—except for the second day, which was at 3:30 p.m. when some of our family was already in the room. And, there's no children's menu in the restaurant, and the breakfast was also two-star.
