Jalta Boutique Hotel

Great location, in the heart of Prague, close to all the main attractions. Very convenient and lively. Room was clean and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was nice with its amenities. We enjoyed the perfect breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Clean Rooms The hotel’s location, the restaurant on the ground floor, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly attitude of the staff were all excellent. We stayed during the Easter period, and when we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised with a chocolate treat. I would like to thank them for this kind gesture.

It was a really bad experience with the hotel. They have a very bad manner of dealing and they attack customers using bad words. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. A week after I wrote the feedback, they responded falsely, claiming I wasn't a guest and had only went in to request a significant discount. They then asked me to leave, assuming I wasn't reviewing my comments. I had booked with them a month before my arrival, and they asked me to pay within the same week, otherwise the reservation would be cancelled. I was forced to pay them, believing they were a respectable hotel. I didn't expect them to be a gang. I took a screenshot of their response because I expected they would try to edit or delete it. Beware of dealing with this hotel.
