Jalyn's Resort Sabang

We had the pleasure of spending four days with Volker and his wife Leah in January 2025. As I already had a diving license, but my girlfriend wanted to do her OWD course, we chose Volker, who made it possible for us to dive together with the support of another divemaster and still be flexible - 5 stars for the diving course too! Volker greeted us on arrival, made us feel welcome and made our arrival as pleasant as possible. Whether it was travel tips, dinner together or a couple of beer in the pub, Volker was the perfect travel companion even after the dives. All in all, a very professional, courteous and friendly manner - which is why we felt like we were staying with friends! Thank you very much!

Mostly this is a dive resort. I booked online without really checking the location. It's actually Sabang I think, and requires a tricycle or jeepney ride from Puerto Galera, and another short trip to Sabang. Check in at Reception was easy, staff were friendly. Reception is located by the bar and restaurant area, which is open, with a view. The hotel is built on a hill. My room was at the bottom of the hill and it's a serious climb back to the top. A bit steep. The room was nice. Fairly new. Nice big bed. Nice bathroom. All clean. Towels, soap and toothbrushes supplied. The front door was an amazing bit of technology opened with a digital key. The air-con wasn't working, but there's a good fan. The main problem I have with hotels is the lack of power points, especially by the bed. I'm a traveler who needs to charge my phone on arrival & use if I want to lay down. Nice pool outside. Nicely casual

Have good view in restaurant. You can see sunset and play billiard for free here. Here also have two swimming pool can use. The room and food price also affordable, high recommended for friends. They also provide many services, like motor bike rental (400 pesos per day), if need any help just tell the staffs there. Only one thing need to improve is breakfast served time a little bit long, around 35-50 minutes, you need to order earlier to prevent long time waiting.
