Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel

Great hotel. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They remembered my name and said hi as a came and went which was a nice touch (especially since it is such a big hotel). I had an issue with the TV and they sent someone to check it within 5 minutes. There was a lot of variety for breakfast - a mix of continental and Balinese. 2 pools - rooftop and ground floor with a waterfall feature. Gym was small but had enough to get a good workout done. Spa was fantastic - massage was so relaxing and you get a discount if you’re staying in the hotel and complementary ginger tea. My one con would be the towels - you can tell they’re old and used with frayed edges. And some parts of the walls etc are crusty if you look closely enough. They kindly loaned me a beach towel for a surfing lesson which was appreciated.

While the hotel has a charming atmosphere, with a little extra love and attention to some of the finer details, it has the potential to truly shine as a 5-star destination. A few updates here and there would elevate the already lovely ambiance even further. Overall, Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak is a great place to stay, especially if you're looking for genuine hospitality, cleanliness, and a relaxed vibe in a prime location. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a value-packed Seminyak experience.

We had a great 5-night stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. The service from the entire team was excellent, making us feel welcome and well-cared for. A definite highlight was the impressive and wide variety of breakfast options available each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!
